This page explains what personal data is collected through this site and how it is used, in line with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

What is collected

Only what you choose to enter in the contact form: name, email address, the expedition you are interested in, dates, number of travellers and your message.

Purpose

To reply to your enquiry and, if you wish, to prepare an expedition proposal. Your data is never sold or used for advertising.

Recipients

• Netlify (site hosting and form handling), which may process data outside the European Union under appropriate safeguards.
• Google Workspace (email).
• With your consent, and only to organise your trip, the local partner providers in Canada who run the expedition.

Retention

Your data is kept only as long as needed to handle your request, and no longer than three years after our last contact.

Your rights

You may ask at any time to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your data, to object to its use, or to receive a copy. Write to marjorie@terrenord.com. If you feel your rights are not respected, you may lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr).

Cookies

This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising trackers. Its typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts, which may receive your IP address when pages load.
